1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Experience Transfers (hereinafter “the Company”).
By using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The Company offers:
- Private airport transfers
- Chauffeur services
- Long-distance transfers
- Tours and custom transportation services
All services may be provided either directly or through professional partner drivers.
3. Bookings
3.1 Booking Process
Bookings can be made via:
- Website
- Email (experiencetransfers@gmail.com)
- Phone / WhatsApp
All bookings must include accurate and complete information.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- A confirmation email is sent, or
- The Company explicitly confirms the booking
The Company reserves the right to decline any booking.
3.3 Customer Responsibility
The customer must provide:
- Correct pickup and drop-off details
- Valid contact information
- Flight number (for airport transfers)
The Company is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are in Euro (€)
- Prices are fixed unless stated otherwise
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra stops
- Waiting time
- Special requests
Payment methods:
- Online payment
- Cash to driver (if available)
5. Waiting Time Policy
- Airports: up to 60 minutes free waiting time
- All other pickups: up to 15 minutes
After this period, additional charges may apply or the booking may be marked as No-Show.
6. Customer Conduct
Passengers must:
- Be ready on time
- Respect the driver and vehicle
- Follow safety regulations
The Company reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior.
7. Luggage Policy
Passengers are responsible for declaring luggage accurately.
The Company is not liable for:
- Lost items
- Damaged luggage
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Accidents
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Force majeure events
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. Free Cancellation
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup time.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup:
May be charged up to 100% of the booking value
3. No-Show
A booking is considered No-Show if:
- The passenger does not appear
- Cannot be contacted
- Exceeds waiting time
100% charge applies
4. Flight Delays
For airport pickups:
- We monitor flight arrivals
- Pickup time is adjusted accordingly
- No extra charge within reasonable limits
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are made using the original payment method
6. Company Cancellation
In rare cases, the Company may cancel due to:
- Force majeure
- Operational issues
